Martinsburg, West Virginia is not a huge metropolis, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles and dozens on dozens of occasions that the larger metropolitan areas offer, but it still has enjoyable celebrations to ring in the new yr. Surrounded by the rich natural forests and mountains, even though Martinsburg is officially a city, it appears like much more of a rural region for me, since I just moved from Baltimore, Maryland.
